MICROBIOLOGY
Our R&D has standard procedures for Microbial standards including pathogens. We have cultures for Bacteria, Fungi and Pahogens. Following testing are conducted in our laboratory:
  • Total Microbial Count
  • Total Fungal Count
  • Pathogen Testing
For Quality Control of Herbal Drug materials a different approach is needed than that of Synthetic Medicine. Since crude drugs, their powders, Extracts and Finished Products are susceptible faster picking up moisture and thereby getting contaminated faster. A critical microbiological analysis is essential and R&D adhere to WHO specifications in this regard.
