PROCEDURE |

Shirodhara is done with the help of a special vessel which can help in pouring drop by drop of the medicine almost 4-5 inches above the forehead. A band is tied at eyebrows to restrict the medicine to go into eyes. Eyes are covered with rose water soaked cotton . Then the medicine is dropped on the fore head drop by drop & at the same time the oil is slowly massaged into the scalp.
