Best Herbs for Boost The Immune System

According to Ayurveda, immunity is the power of the body to prevent it from any infections, and defend or fight against the existing infections. A strong immune system has the ability to destroy the cause of the illness.

1. Guduchi

6. Haritaki

7. Bibhitaki

It is also known as beheda. Bibhitaki is known to boost immune system, therefore also called as the “one who keeps away from disease”. Bibhitaki when used in combination with amla and haritaki is called as triphala which acts as a rejuvenator.
