Growing up, my childhood was a lot of fun, with a large part of it because of my best friend and bro. We both have been together pretty much since kindergarten and have been troublemakers since. Like peas in a pod, we were the brothers to each other that neither of us had. Everywhere we went, it was assumed that the other would be there as well.
This continued right through school and even our initial college years. However, soon after, I started noticing a change in him. He began to withdraw and stopped going out much. I noticed that he started becoming awkward around people and never wanted to interact much with others. He even stopped gymming with me, something we have always done together, and even had a slight bulge around the abdomen.
When I asked him about it, he just laughed it off and said it was nothing. But things kept changing. He continued to stop going out anywhere and would only go to specific places. I noticed he started eating less as well. Finally, I had enough and confronted him.
I could make out he was awkward, but as bros, I told him he could share anything with me, and pushed him. He finally relented and told me that he no longer wanted to go out because of increased flatulence and cramping especially after eating.
At first, I started laughing thinking he was being silly. I remembered he had always suffered from flatulence since school but being boys we would just laugh it off. However, I noticed he was serious so heard him out. He said that he would often suffer from constipation and after a meal, he would have severe abdominal bloating and cramps. So much so that it had become unbearable. Add to that the constant worry of flatulence, and he no longer wanted to go out anywhere.
I was shocked and didn’t know what to do. When I asked him if he’s been to a doctor he just shrugged it off. Said he went once and the doctor told him he has IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) that can often cause these symptoms while also leading to irregular bowels. To be honest, I wasn’t even aware something like this existed and was quite surprised. He also told me he didn’t want to take the medicines for IBS treatment and so was dealing with it on his own.
I didn’t know what to say to him and left his house. I was dejected to learn this and thought my friend would no longer hang out with me like before. I was also worried about him as I saw what these symptoms were doing to him.
As I went home, I remembered that my dad had a bit of trouble with constipation a few years earlier and decided to ask him about it. I told him what was happening and he was quite sympathetic. He told me that IBS is very common and can be quite distressing. He also told me that he has the perfect solution and got a bottle of tablets from his room called Stop-IBS by Charak. I was about to say that medicines would be refused when my dad told me this was a completely herbal composition that really helped alleviate his symptoms. Even though sceptical, I missed my friend a lot and decided to tell him about this the next day.
Hearing there were no side effects and after months of suffering in pain, he told me he’ll give them a try. Just a couple of weeks later I started noticing changes in him. He was much more relaxed and hung out with me like before. He said the symptoms were mostly in control and the pain in his abdomen was significantly less. I was so happy to have my best friend back and for him to be healthy.
Nowadays, he goes out with me like before and sticks to regular mealtimes to help with his IBS. Further, he no longer is worried when we go out nor does he has to think of excuses for not going. Stop-IBS helped my friend and it can help you too. So if you have IBS or these symptoms, don’t be embarrassed or worried. Simply opt for this natural supplement and enjoy your life like before.
