Panchkarma Therapies

Panchakarma is the unique and popular therapy in Ayurveda. As the name suggests ‘Pancha’ means ‘five’ and ‘karma’ means ‘procedure’. All these “five procedures” are aimed to thoroughly cleanse the body from inside. These purification procedures facilitate flushing out toxins from every cell, through the excretory systems and other routes. Ayurvedic physician may recommend Panchakarma as therapeutic (part of the treatment) as well as prophylactic (included in seasonal cleansing regimen) to maintain high standard quality of health.

Charak Clinics based on Charak Paddhati (the healing methods) has developed various health packages of authentic ayurvedic panchkarma therapies. These packages are designed to heal, cleanse and rejuvenate, creating the balance between body and mind. Though these panchkarma packages are pre-defined with the Shodhan (Purification treatment) and Shaman (Palliative Treatment) therapies, they are likely to be customized based on individual requirements. The health packages available are for Obesity, Skin disorders, Asthma, Arthritis with specific Detoxifying and Rejuvenation program.

• Doctor’s consultation with complete Ayurvedic pareekshan techniques and Naadi pareekshan
• 3 months therapy as affirmed after doctor’s consultation based on individual body type. Therapies will be for 7 days per month. Total 21 days therapy for 3 months (The number of days and durations are subject to change based on severity of the diseases)
• Internal medicines are included based on doctor’s prescription for 3 months
• Five follow-up consultations with the doctor to track progress and wellness to maximize results.
